Conversations on IT Change Management

If you are interested in ITIL Processes and IT Change Management, find a person in your company or organization to have a conversation about it. Are you not involved in it at your job but still want to talk about it? Look for an association or meetup where you could talk about the topic.

For example, in Tokyo, a google search turns up some lists of events. The keyword was in Japanese, but a IT Study Group or Benkyoukai. A general search won't raise many specific events, but there could be discussions on ITIL that could be found there, depending on if engineers are interested in it. Here is another site with an event calendar. Of course, many of these sites will be in the language of the country where they are based, so it depends on if you speak the local language or if the organizers specify the language is English.
