Find a list of events online at websites that specialize in event listings and calendars
Some are smaller events held at events spaces in the city but are mostly companies exhibiting products to potential users.

There are some in Western Japan
Cloud & BPR Expo Osaka 2024
and in some cases, there is little information in English if the organizers see it as more domestically focused for companies in Japan.
However, just looking online can point you to English or events with descriptions in English. Here one next year in January in Osaka.
In Japanese
Look for smaller events in Japanese, like study groups in your industry or Meetups. If they are a Meetup, they might be bilingual, or they will say if it is Japanese only.
In English
JETRO, the Japan Trade Promotion agency runs a directory of trade fairs for companies to look at.
