For work accounts, organizations will want to protect themselves and impose some stricter requirements to confirm your identity, like changing passwords regularly, using multi-factor codes and/or using a VPN to login to shared applications. Even for work passwords, or maybe especially for them, passwords should be more complex than you use on other sites
