To provide 1st line technical and business support to clients and other members of the technical team.
Working on small enhancements as requested by the Client from time to time.
Technical / Business Support Product Enhancement: Specification, Development and Testing Client Relationship Skills
Good practical experience of Gloss implementations (Other complex long-term financial software implementation experience OK / Back-end Settlement software ideal)
Strong technical and business knowledge
Understand various programming languages (Java, C, SQL etc) (SQL is a must)
